- The figure of the woman is a tribute to the great Russian filmmaker, Tharkovsky.

She-she is sitting in the most fragile position possible: on some branches or trunks. Despite her difficult balance, she maintains her serenity and inner peace. She gives us a sense of the life force of her; Nothing will make him falter when it comes to achieving his dreams and ambitions. Again a tribute and admiration from the artist towards women.

  3. HOla Josep Maria, al teu llibre Paella por un chef Valenciano parles de passada de la salmorreta. Volia publicar la recepta original. Alguna recomanació en la elaboració / ingredients? Moltes gràcies!

  4. La salmorreta es fa sobretot a la província d'Alacant i València per a arrossos de peix i marisc.
    Ingredients:
    - Nyora (pebrot vermell petit assecat a el sol)
    - Tomàquet
    - 1 All
    - Julivert

    1. Treure la carn de la nyora posada en remull unes 8 hores y amb una cullera sense la pell ja que és massa n'hi ha prou i indigesta per als arrossos de peix.
    2. Tritureu un all
    3. Afegir tomàquet triturat sofregit.
    4. Afegir julivert

    Barrejar tot i afegir 2 o 3 cullerades d'aquest sofregit a qualsevol arròs de peix o marisc. Potència molt el sabor i aroma d'aquests arrossos. Imprescindible per als arrossos mariners.
